From the new year, I'm offering two new services at London's Hale Clinic ... an innovative herbal beauty treatment and a holistic fertility service with my colleague, Susi Kaiser.

The Herbal Beauty Treatment works on inner and outer beauty. It combines an organic herbal facial treatment with Indian Head Massage, and clients get an anti-aging herbal tonic to take over the following two weeks. During the session, I also give a guided visualisation for clients to explore the beauty of their inner self ... so that when you come out, you look and feel radiant ....

The Holistic Fertility Clinic combines nutritional, herbal medicine, abdominal massage and hypnotherapy to cleanse the body and boost its nutritional profile in the build up to conception. Susi Kaiser offers Maya Abdominal Massage, a technique that boosts circulation to the womb and clears any congestion. Hypnotherapy can benefit the chances of conception by helping to release any stress or anxiety, while engendering a positive emotional and physical state.
